The Three Keys to Grow Any Business by Tony Robbins

The Three Keys to Grow Any Business

Tony Robbins told about the Three Keys to Grow Any Business, and here they are:

1. Who is your Ideal Client?
2. What is your Irresistible Offer?
3. Give & Over Deliver

The first key is we must know who is the ideal client of our product. If we didn’t know who is our ideal client, we will never make a product that solve the problems of our customer, give values to them, and have retention from our customer. Tony told a story about Domino’s Pizza. The founder try to know and dig who is the biggest customer of pizza, and from his research the answer is college students. So, he was founded the restaurant near university and it was exploded, because he knew who was the ideal customer for his product.

The second key is we must give our irresistible offer to our customer. Back to Domino’s Pizza story, when a guy called the founder and complaining that the pizza delivery always came late after two hours then the pizza was cold, he offered to the guy an irresistible offer called “Hot Pizza Comes in 30 Minutes, or It’s Free” and he tried to approved to the guy. The result was awesome, the pizza delivered in 25 minutes and the guy was very satisfied. The irresistible offer is working and building the trust to the customer.

The third key is we must give and over deliver. We give not just a product or service to the customer, but also our values, principles, and benefits. We must always give and over deliver to our customer.

And the principle that makes us succed is focus on what we want, not what we fear and develop the mental resilience to achieve extraordinary results in life and business.

Thanks Tony Robbins! @tonyrobbins

Three Pillars of Success by Tony Robbins

Three Pillars of Success by Tony Robbins
@tonyrobbins

1. Get Laser Focused

We must know specifically what we want, and more importantly why we want it. After we know the what and why, get our focus on it. Clarity is power, more the whats and whys are clear, more we can get our focus and power.

2. Proven Strategy

After we know what we want and why we want it, the next step is trying to get the Proven Strategy. The differences between us and them that are successful is they apply and implement different and proven srategy to get their results but we still don’t know how to gain the steps and strategy that we should apply. One simple proven strategy will save our businesses and lives for a long term and prohibit us from failure. Get the proven strategy from the best experts and let us implement their formulas. It will be shorten our time to get successful results.

3. Eliminate Inner Conflicts and Get Clear Inner Motivation

If we want to be successful person we should avoid inner conflict that usually comes in our mind. Like we want to be rich and successful but we don’t want the people judge us for our successed. It’s a inner conflict that we should avoid, because in reality the consequences for being rich and successful is the people will judge us, not judging themselves. Another example is we want to be successful but we don’t want to be diligent and doing hardwork. It’s another example that we must avoid, because of course to gain success we must be consistent, diligent, and doing hardwork with the proven strategy. When we can eliminate inner conflict, we can get clear inner motivation.

Core Nature, Core Skill Set, and Core Values to Create Our Career Path as Entrepreneur or Employee

I have finished watching and learning Ashley Stahl @ashleystahl course on MasterMind.com @mastermind.com_official about how to shift from an employee to become an entrepreneur. I learned about Core Nature, Core Skill Set, and Core Values that should suit with our career path at least in 70 % of what we are working and doing right now.

Core Nature
is the energy you bring into the room; ask peers and family to help identify your essence.

Core Skill
Set is your zone of genius, focuses in the unique skills you are gifted at, not about passion or love.

Core Values
are your guiding filter for decisions, shaping your career and life principles.

Core nature refers to the fundamental attributes and characteristics that define an individual’s essence. It’s about understanding who you naturally are, including your innate tendencies, desires, and how these align with your sense of purpose or identity. This involves self-awareness and clarity about your motivations, which can guide your choices and interactions in personal and professional contexts. Understanding one’s core nature is essential for aligning actions and goals with authentic personal identity.

A core skill set can be defined as a group of fundamental abilities and proficiencies that are critical for executing specific functions or roles effectively. These skills are foundational and often form the basis for more advanced skills. Developing a core skill set involves honing abilities that are essential for success in one’s area of focus, whether it be business, coaching, or another discipline. These skills can include communication, technical expertise, strategic thinking, and problem-solving. For example, storytelling is highlighted as a foundational skill that is essential in various aspects of life and business.

Core values refer to the essential beliefs and principles that guide an individual’s behavior and decision-making. They form the ethical foundation upon which personal and professional lives are built. Core values dictate priorities, influence interactions with others, and help individuals decide between right and wrong. In the context of coaching or business relationships, for instance, core values play a significant role in defining professional boundaries and goals.

These concepts are vital in developing effective personal and professional relationships and building a life and business aligned with one’s true self. They guide actions, influence behaviors, and aid in creating meaningful connections with others. If you’re interested in developing any of these areas further, it might be helpful to explore specific courses or resources that concentrate on self-awareness, skill development, and value alignment.
