Food Security: Management of Planting Various Healthy and Environmentally Friendly Fruits Integrated with Agrotourism (in Pajagan Village)

Agricultural activities in Pajagan Village require organization to optimize all agricultural activities to the processing of production products. This is done to increase the income of farmers and their families. Therefore, in the context of Community Service in Pajagan Village, efforts are focused on developing farmer organizations that have crop management divisions/organizations so that they can increase the value of agricultural products produced, especially fruit crops. The program for the implementation of the closing activities will be carried out in 2023.

The organization of farmer groups has an impact on work efficiency and development in terms of ability specifications. The fruit management division is responsible for plant management and the protection division is responsible for plant health from pest attacks and plant diseases. Cooperation between fields is urgently needed for the development of farmer organizations. The establishment of plant management divisions/organizations is carried out in conjunction with compost making activities, fruit plant management, and dragon fruit plant cultivation practices. This is done so that the distribution of jobdesks and what should be done is not only based on theory but directly with practice.
