Collaboration in the procurement of training for DGW group employees by lecturers of the HPT FAPERTA UNPAD department. From August 22 to 24, 2023, the HPT department collaborated with DGW Group in implementing a training program on pesticides and plant protection, the training was carried out directly by the head of the HPT department, Prof. Dr.Ir. Hj. Hersanti, MP. This training collaboration is not only limited to soldering but there are also other activities such as lab visits, then the correct use of pesticides so as to provide sustainability to the surrounding ecosystem.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The purpose of this training is to improve the capabilities of employees, especially marketers of PT Dharma Guna Wibawa, one of the agrochemical sector divisions of the DGW Group, as well as educate farmers in operational areas on the appropriate steps to protect these crops to be carried out. After the implementation of the training, it is hoped that the participants’ understanding of the training carried out will be deepened. This is reflected in the results of each participant’s score which increased from the pre-test stage to the post-test. The capacity building is expected not only to ensure that marketers can sell the company’s products, but also to train farmers to be productive in supporting the country’s agriculture and creating the expected agricultural sustainability.<\/p>\n
