Kandungan nutrisi ini menjadikan minyak Sacha Inchi berpotensi dalam berbagai aplikasi kesehatan, termasuk dalam bidang kedokteran hewan.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"412\" data-end=\"437\"><strong data-start=\"412\" data-end=\"437\">Aktivitas Antioksidan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"439\" data-end=\"893\">Minyak Sacha Inchi memiliki aktivitas antioksidan yang signifikan, yang dapat membantu melindungi sel-sel hewan dari kerusakan oksidatif. Studi menunjukkan bahwa polisakarida yang diekstraksi dari biji Sacha Inchi memiliki kemampuan penangkal radikal bebas yang baik, dengan nilai IC50 terhadap radikal hidroksil sebesar 106 \u03bcg\/mL. Aktivitas antioksidan ini berpotensi dalam mencegah penyakit degeneratif pada hewan.<\/p>\n<div class=\"relative inline-flex items-center\"><a class=\"ml-1 inline-flex h-[22px] items-center rounded-xl bg-[#f4f4f4] px-2 text-[0.5em] font-medium text-token-text-secondary dark:bg-token-main-surface-secondary !text-token-text-secondary uppercase hover:bg-token-text-primary hover:!text-token-main-surface-secondary dark:hover:bg-token-text-primary group\" href=\"https:\/\/jurnal.unpad.ac.id\/farmaka\/article\/download\/40196\/pdf?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"truncate\">jurnal.unpad.ac.id<\/span><\/a><\/div>\n<p data-start=\"895\" data-end=\"917\"><strong data-start=\"895\" data-end=\"917\">Efek Antiinflamasi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"919\" data-end=\"1330\">Isolat protein dari biji Sacha Inchi menunjukkan aktivitas antiinflamasi dengan menghambat denaturasi protein. Pada konsentrasi 1000 \u03bcg\/mL, isolat ini mampu menghambat denaturasi albumin sebesar 78,13%, mendekati efektivitas natrium diklofenak yang umum digunakan sebagai antiinflamasi. Hal ini menunjukkan potensi minyak Sacha Inchi dalam mengurangi peradangan pada hewan.<\/p>\n<div class=\"relative inline-flex items-center\"><a class=\"ml-1 inline-flex h-[22px] items-center rounded-xl bg-[#f4f4f4] px-2 text-[0.5em] font-medium text-token-text-secondary dark:bg-token-main-surface-secondary !text-token-text-secondary uppercase hover:bg-token-text-primary hover:!text-token-main-surface-secondary dark:hover:bg-token-text-primary group\" href=\"https:\/\/jurnal.unpad.ac.id\/farmaka\/article\/download\/40196\/pdf?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"truncate\">jurnal.unpad.ac.id<\/span><\/a><\/div>\n<p data-start=\"1332\" data-end=\"1357\"><strong data-start=\"1332\" data-end=\"1357\">Aktivitas Antimikroba<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1359\" data-end=\"1829\">Minyak Sacha Inchi telah diuji kemampuannya dalam menghambat perlekatan <em data-start=\"1431\" data-end=\"1454\">Staphylococcus aureus<\/em> pada keratinosit dan eksplan kulit manusia. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa minyak ini efektif dalam mencegah perlekatan bakteri tersebut, dengan efisiensi sekitar 40% pada uji preventif. Meskipun penelitian ini dilakukan pada model manusia, temuan ini membuka peluang untuk aplikasi serupa pada hewan, terutama dalam mencegah infeksi kulit.<\/p>\n<div class=\"relative inline-flex items-center\"><a class=\"ml-1 inline-flex h-[22px] items-center rounded-xl bg-[#f4f4f4] px-2 text-[0.5em] font-medium text-token-text-secondary dark:bg-token-main-surface-secondary !text-token-text-secondary uppercase hover:bg-token-text-primary hover:!text-token-main-surface-secondary dark:hover:bg-token-text-primary group\" href=\"https:\/\/jurnal.unpad.ac.id\/farmaka\/article\/download\/40196\/pdf?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"truncate\">jurnal.unpad.ac.id<\/span><\/a><\/div>\n<p data-start=\"1831\" data-end=\"1858\"><strong data-start=\"1831\" data-end=\"1858\">Keamanan dan Toksisitas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1860\" data-end=\"2256\">Studi mengenai efek antimutagenik minyak Sacha Inchi pada tikus menunjukkan bahwa minyak ini dapat mengurangi jumlah mikronukleus dalam darah dan sumsum tulang, yang menandakan potensi sebagai agen antimutagenik. Namun, sebagian besar penelitian saat ini masih terbatas pada model in vitro atau hewan laboratorium.
